How to download sim tray files from gallery

I don’t have internet at home at the minute, but I want to be able to download lots and sims from the Gallery to use on my PC. Is there any way to download things from the Gallery onto my laptop at work, and then copy the files to my PC, without having TS4 installed on my laptop? To anyone still using this script - there's a way to access the in-game gallery without paying anything! You need to use my (anadius) crack instead of the one from CODEX. The easiest way to get it is by updating your game with Sims 4 Updater or using my repack.
